Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support, performing various clerical tasks, and maintaining efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain organized office files and documents, both physical and digital.

Data Entry & Records Management:
- Input and update data into office systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize company records, ensuring proper filing and retrieval processes.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as needed.

Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and maintain office calendars.
- Arrange for travel and accommodations when necessary.

Office Supplies Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office equipment maintenance.

Customer Service:
- Assist clients, customers, and staff with inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide general support for office events and meetings, including setting up rooms and arranging refreshments if needed.

Clerical Duties:
- Photocopy, scan, and fax documents as required.
- Prepare outgoing correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an office clerk or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
